We are offering a confirmation class for youth aged 13-18, in preparation for the General Confirmation service in June. Classes with be held online, with in-person preparation during Holy Week, Sunday, March 24 – Saturday, March 30. There will be seven classes in total, occurring alternate Sundays from February 25 to May 19.

Our sessions are based on lessons from the Confirm not Conform confirmation program. As the name suggests, this curriculum emphasizes the importance of asking questions rather than just “conforming” to a set of beliefs that someone else wants us to have. It encourages participants to deconstruct what they may have been told, reflect on current beliefs they may want to discard or keep, and construct plans for how they can act on their faith through word or action.
