Mind, Body, & Spirit

Yoga on the Labyrinth

Awaken your body and spirit at Yoga on the Labyrinth.

Join a loving community of Yogis as we all lay our mats together in this sacred space to practice indoors amidst the soaring Gothic columns, glistening stained glass windows, soothing live music, and expert instruction. Be you.

Practice at your own pace, whether you want to challenge yourself with advanced modifications or simply lay back and savasana the entire session. This is your time, and we have a space for you. Classes are Tuesday evenings and Saturday mornings. Practice is appropriate for all levels with our expert instructors to live music—a truly unique Yoga in San Francisco experience! If you are a repeat visitor, join our annual GraceArts cultural membership program to enjoy discounts on all our yoga classes, along with many other arts, music, and cultural offerings (and more!) found only at Grace. Details below.

“I think it’s the true spirit of yoga and San Francisco...It is open to all, any level, religion, no religion, come as you are. And you’re welcome here.”
– Stuart Burden, who has attended the session for ten years and counting, in an interview with ABC7's Localish
