Classes for Adults

Education and exploration are at the heart of our mission. Examining our faith and exploring its applications in the world is always timely, especially so with all that’s going on in our world. Be part of our mission through one or more of our online groups and events. We invite you to take a class or attend a lecture or program with our diverse, open-minded community and see where it takes you.

Grace Groups resume October 1! These facilitated small groups (of no more than 8 people) will gather one or more times a month (in person or online) for three months. At the end of the quarter, groups with openings who wish to continue meeting together will invite new members and continue for another quarter. Five groups are kicking the program off. Groups are limited to 8 participants each. If you can’t register for this round of Grace Groups, your details will be kept on file for future meetings. Once registered, your group facilitator will reach out to work with the group to negotiate a time and location.

Here are the current offerings on book studies and spiritual practices; for questions about preparing for adult baptism, confirmation, or reception in The Episcopal Church, please email the Rev. Mary Carter Greene or call (415) 749-6369.

Engage in critical conversation on faith and contemporary issues with the Forum, and hear thought-provoking sermons by staff clergy and guest preachers, also available on iTunesSpotify, and Youtube.
