Evening Eucharist on Trans Day of Visibility (In-Person and Zoom)
March 30 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Celebrate Trans Day of Visibility with Eucharist at 6 pm on the labyrinth and lift up our trans siblings in an especially tender time. The Very Rev. Dr. Cameron Partridge, Rector of St. Aidan’s Episcopal Church, San Francisco, preaching, the Rev. Canon Anna E. Rossi, presiding, and members of the DioCal Trans Working Group assisting, and a new hymn for the occasion.
Join us as we celebrate the Eucharist with evening prayers and songs. Vesper Light draws on the simple and beautiful traditions for evening prayers from our Anglican heritage. We’ll listen to sacred texts, sing cantored chants and hymns, and pray for healing and hope for our community and world.
The service is followed by a conversation at 7 pm with LGBTQ+ news and politics reporter Nico Lang about their book, American Teenager: How Trans Kids Are Surviving Hate and Finding Joy in a Turbulent Era with the Very Rev. Dr. Cameron Partridge moderating.
