Diocesan Confirmations (In-Person and Zoom)
September 10 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Join families from across the diocese as we gather to celebrate diocesan confirmations. This milestone event is a chance for people to make a mature public affirmation of faith and commitment to the responsibilities of their Baptism, and to receive laying on of hands by the bishop. Confirmation is an intentional choice to deepen the relationship with God through mature membership and increased participation in the church community.
The Rt. Rev. Dr. Marc Handley Andrus, Bishop of California, will preside and preach.
We hope you’ll celebrate with us!
Event Details
The entrance to the cathedral is at the top of the Great Steps. The accessible entrance is via the glass doors on Taylor Street or from the cathedral garage. Masks are strongly encouraged inside the cathedral.
