- In Studio: online at home
- On Location: in person and online at a secret speakeasy to be revealed soon
WHAT: Party with a purpose! Grace Cathedral’s annual gala, Carnivale, connects our global community and influencers in the city with the mission of the cathedral. The funds raised through Carnivale provide vital support for Grace Cathedral and its many innovative ministries and programs across worship, education, social justice and the arts.
Inspired by Our Past
A time of innovation and industry, the 1920s witnessed tremendous advances in transportation, entertainment, social progress and was fueled by science, curiosity, determination and hard work.
Evolving from a Gold Rush parish church, and after years of planning pauses, Grace Cathedral construction began in 1927. With a nod to this historic groundbreaking, nearly 100 years ago, during a prolific decade of innovations in entertainment, industry and political freedoms, Carnivale 2022 celebrates how Grace Cathedral has been breaking ground in the modern era since its inception.
Join us for an evening of wonder, joy and giving with social impact.
A Gala for Hope and Innovation
