Workshop: Labyrinth Activism… a Powerful Practice for Peaceful Change

The Legacy Labyrinth Project, in collaboration with Veriditas and hosted at Grace Cathedral, brings together a Workshop on what Labyrinth Activism is and how to use this powerful practice for peaceful change.
Learn a unique way to make a change in the world based on science, the power of a network of labyrinth walkers, and the unassailable power of the collective.
A definition of contemplative labyrinth activism emerged from the research data received from 2 studies conducted by the Legacy Labyrinth Project and Baylor University 20/21.
Labyrinth activism is walking in heart coherence, with a shared focused intention for change or healing. It is most effective for groups where they learn to share in this sacred experience to cultivate a sense of connectedness and insight.
Presenters
Chris Katzenmeyer, Executive Director, Legacy Labyrinth Project
Ellen Meuch, Director of Labyrinth Activism, Legacy Labyrinth Project, Coordinator, World Labyrinth Day
Dr. Jocelyn McGee, Baylor University, principal investigator for labyrinth activist research, neuropsychology, Garland School of Social Work
