Evening Eucharist and Rite of Palms to Ashes (In-Person and Zoom)
February 19 @ 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

Today, we conclude the season of the Epiphany with alleluias and the story of Jesus’ Transfiguration, prefiguring the resurrection, and welcome our new Succentor, the Rev. Joe C. Williams.
Our shouts of joy sung in the Eucharist carry us out to the plaza, where we burn last year’s palms from Palm Sunday in a beautiful rite of Palms to Ashes. All are encouraged to bring last year’s palms with them to services on February 19.
Join us as we celebrate the Eucharist with evening prayers and songs. Vesper Light draws on the simple and beautiful traditions for evening prayers from our Anglican heritage. We’ll listen to sacred texts, sing cantored chants and hymns, and pray for healing and hope for our community and world.
