World Labyrinth Day

Did you know that the modern-day labyrinth movement started at Grace Cathedral? Today, there are thousands of labyrinths worldwide.

Every year, on the first Saturday in May, thousands of people around the globe participate in World Labyrinth Day as a moving meditation for world peace and a celebration of the labyrinth experience.

This year, in honor of World Labyrinth Day, we are fortunate to have two experts in the field of Labyrinth Activism join us on World Labyrinth Day. The Legacy Labyrinth Project, in collaboration with Veriditas, hosted at Grace Cathedral, bringing together a Workshop on May 5 on what Labyrinth Activism is and how to use this powerful practice for peaceful change. They will stay to offer education and participate with us on World Labyrinth day. Labyrinth activism is walking in heart coherence, with a shared focused intention for change or healing. It is most effective for groups where they learn to share in this sacred experience to cultivate a sense of connectedness and insight.
